Once a day ZopPay reads your gateway’s payout report and matches it, line by line, with the payments it took. Payments that match are marked reconciled in your dashboard. Anything that doesn’t match goes to the ZopPay team to look into.

- The check runs once a day and looks back over the last two days, so late payouts are still picked up.
- In your dashboard you see which payments are reconciled. The details of a mismatch are seen by the ZopPay team; they aren’t shown in your dashboard yet.
- Only live payments are checked. Test payments are left out.

Pending payments followed up
If a payment is still pending after 10 minutes, ZopPay asks the gateway for its status every 5 minutes, for up to 7 days. This covers every gateway except TechProcess’s checksum option.

The gateway paid out a different amount for a payment than the payment was for, after its fees and taxes.
Paid out, but not paid here
The gateway paid out money for a payment that ZopPay has as failed or still pending.
Unknown payment
The gateway’s report has a payment ZopPay doesn’t recognise.
Not paid out yet
A payment was taken more than 5 days ago and still isn’t in a payout. Checked for Razorpay and Cashfree.
