How emerchantpay works on ZopPay.

How your customer pays
Your customer is sent straight to emerchantpay’s secure payment page, pays there, and comes back to your website.
Payment methods
Whatever your emerchantpay account offers on emerchantpay’s payment page. ZopPay doesn’t limit the methods.
Refunds
Refund all or part of a payment from your dashboard. The money goes back through emerchantpay, even if you have since switched to another gateway.
Stuck payments
If a payment stays pending, ZopPay asks emerchantpay for its real status every few minutes, for up to 7 days, and updates it for you.
Payout matching
ZopPay doesn’t match emerchantpay’s settlement reports. To check payouts, compare emerchantpay’s own reports with your ZopPay payments list, which you can download as a CSV.
Your money
With your own emerchantpay account, emerchantpay pays the money into your bank on its usual schedule. ZopPay never holds it.

Have a emerchantpay account
Your contract and rates stay with emerchantpay. emerchantpay may need to approve your business before you can take live payments.

Add your keys
Copy your keys from emerchantpay’s dashboard into the Gateways page of your ZopPay dashboard. ZopPay checks they are complete and in the right format, then stores them encrypted.
03
Turn it on
Turn emerchantpay on for a currency, and new payments in that currency go to emerchantpay. You go live once you have also accepted the terms and added your billing details.
