What to expect

How ePayLater works on ZopPay.

  • How your customer pays

    Your customer finishes on a ZopPay page that asks for the ID ePayLater needs (PAN, Aadhaar or both) and a one-time code. Those details pass through ZopPay’s server to ePayLater.

  • Payment methods

    Pay later (credit for business buyers), as your ePayLater account allows.

  • Refunds

    Refund all or part of a payment from your dashboard. The money goes back through ePayLater, even if you have since switched to another gateway.

  • Stuck payments

    If a payment stays pending, ZopPay asks ePayLater for its real status every few minutes, for up to 7 days, and updates it for you.

  • Payout matching

    ZopPay doesn’t match ePayLater’s settlement reports. To check payouts, compare ePayLater’s own reports with your ZopPay payments list, which you can download as a CSV.

  • Your money

    With your own ePayLater account, ePayLater pays the money into your bank on its usual schedule. ZopPay never holds it.

  1. 01

    Have a ePayLater account

    Your contract and rates stay with ePayLater. ePayLater may need to approve your business before you can take live payments.

  2. 02

    Add your keys

    Copy your keys from ePayLater’s dashboard into the Gateways page of your ZopPay dashboard. ZopPay checks they are complete and in the right format, then stores them encrypted.

  3. 03

    Turn it on

    Turn ePayLater on for a currency, and new payments in that currency go to ePayLater. You go live once you have also accepted the terms and added your billing details.
