How PhonePe works on ZopPay.
How your customer pays
Your customer is sent straight to PhonePe’s secure payment page, pays there, and comes back to your website.
Payment methods
UPI, cards and netbanking, as your PhonePe account allows.
Refunds
Refund all or part of a payment from your dashboard. The money goes back through PhonePe, even if you have since switched to another gateway.
Stuck payments
If a payment stays pending, ZopPay asks PhonePe for its real status every few minutes, for up to 7 days, and updates it for you.
Payout matching
ZopPay doesn’t match PhonePe’s settlement reports. To check payouts, compare PhonePe’s own reports with your ZopPay payments list, which you can download as a CSV.
Your money
With your own PhonePe account, PhonePe pays the money into your bank on its usual schedule. ZopPay never holds it.

Getting connected
Connect PhonePe. Three steps.

Have a PhonePe account
Your contract and rates stay with PhonePe. PhonePe may need to approve your business before you can take live payments.

Add your keys
Copy your keys from PhonePe’s dashboard into the Gateways page of your ZopPay dashboard. ZopPay checks they are complete and in the right format, then stores them encrypted.
03
Turn it on
Turn PhonePe on for a currency, and new payments in that currency go to PhonePe. You go live once you have also accepted the terms and added your billing details.
