What to expect
How HyperPay works on ZopPay.
How your customer pays
HyperPay’s card form loads on ZopPay’s checkout page. Card details go from your customer’s browser straight to HyperPay, never to ZopPay.
Payment methods
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Mada and American Express, as your HyperPay account allows.
Refunds
Refund all or part of a payment from your dashboard. The money goes back through HyperPay, even if you have since switched to another gateway.
Stuck payments
If a payment stays pending, ZopPay asks HyperPay for its real status every few minutes, for up to 7 days, and updates it for you.
Payout matching
ZopPay doesn’t match HyperPay’s settlement reports. To check payouts, compare HyperPay’s own reports with your ZopPay payments list, which you can download as a CSV.
Your money
With your own HyperPay account, HyperPay pays the money into your bank on its usual schedule. ZopPay never holds it.
Getting connected
Connect HyperPay. Three steps.

Have a HyperPay account
Your contract and rates stay with HyperPay. HyperPay may need to approve your business before you can take live payments.

Add your keys
Copy your keys from HyperPay’s dashboard into the Gateways page of your ZopPay dashboard. ZopPay checks they are complete and in the right format, then stores them encrypted.
03
Turn it on
Turn HyperPay on for a currency, and new payments in that currency go to HyperPay. You go live once you have also accepted the terms and added your billing details.
