This Cookie Policy describes how ZopPay uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing site (zoppay.in) and within the authenticated application. It should be read alongside the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They enable websites to remember information about your visit — for example, that you are logged in, or that you have set a preference. Similar technologies include local storage and pixel tags.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Service to operate: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the dashboard, and short-lived cookies used while you sign in with Google. You cannot opt out of these without breaking core functionality.
- Sign-in hint cookie. A cookie that holds no personal data. It only tells the marketing site that you are signed in to the dashboard, so it can show “Open dashboard” instead of “Sign in”.
- Browser storage for preferences. The marketing site keeps a few small settings in your browser's local storage, such as whether you closed the announcement bar and which programming language you picked for code samples. The dashboard remembers whether you dismissed a notice.
We do not currently use analytics cookies.
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or for building personal profiles.
3. Third-party cookies
The marketing site does not embed third-party content that sets cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google's servers. If you sign in with Google, Google's own cookies and policies apply on Google's pages.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner at first visit that lets you opt out of non-essential cookies; you can change your choice any time from the site footer.
5. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated when we introduce or retire technologies. The latest version is always the one published here, with the “last updated” date at the top of the page.
