When you connect your own gateway account, your gateway pays the money straight into your bank and ZopPay never holds it. Payouts only apply to a few accounts where ZopPay collects the money on its own gateway account and then pays it out.

ZopPay collects
Your customers pay into a gateway account that ZopPay holds, not one of your own.
A daily batch
Once a day, ZopPay adds up what it owes you: payments, minus refunds, minus ZopPay’s fee.
Paid by our finance team
Our finance team pays the batch into your bank account by transfer and records it as paid.
A payout batch
One line per merchant.
Each line shows the bank account it is paid to and whether it has been paid. Our finance team works from this list; it isn’t shown in your dashboard.
